Do you know a good BBQ Wings Recipe?

BBQ wings have been a family favorite of mine for years now and it seems that not a lot of people really know how to make them. Barbeque chicken wings, to put it bluntly, are just some of the most delicious food you can make. To be honest it really isn't that difficult to make your party really happy with some well cooked barbeque chicken wings as long as you have a great guide.

BBQ Wings Recipe

Ingredients

Chicken (About 18 of them will do for the measurements of the spices and condiments we are mentioning below. Take care to break the wings at the joints. You could choose to remove the tips or leave them on. Removing the tips makes your wings look neater; but leaving them on adds to their natural flavor.)
One quarter cup soy sauce
One half cup honey
One tablespoon of catsup
One tablespoonful of oil
Some crushed garlic
One half teaspoon of powdered ginger
Salt and pepper

Prep Work

We assume that the chicken wings are all cut and ready to go. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on each wing, taking them one at a time, so that they all get a uniform taste.

Cooking

I always recommend using a oven for bbq wings recipe examples such as mine due to the ability to avoid burning them. I guess you could grill them on a bbq but they will be much harder to cook exactly right.

Grab a large cookie sheet and cover it with foil (foil helps with clean up and retains heat making them cook more uniformly). Spread the chicken wings out evenly and not too close to one another. . Cook the wings at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove the wings and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

It is a good idea to keep some of the sauce residual and keep basting the chicken wings with it periodically as it is getting done.

This next step is often the hardest - serve and taste!
